What?
The name references John 8:32 which says “that you will know the truth and the truth will set you free.” Our postmodern age tells us that truth does not exist, but God’s Son declared the opposite. Truth exists, it can be known, and when known can set a person free from sin, bondage, and separation from God. But truth is not a just a fact or reality, it is a person, as Jesus declared “I am the way, the truth, and the life, no one comes to the Father but through me.” (John 14:6). Therefore, we strive to clearly teach the truth of scripture through sermon style and small groups in a way that points to Jesus Christ for direction and change. This is also a night to build relationships as we always make time for fun and games with each other and grow as a ministry family!
We desire to bring kids into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ that is grounded in the truth of who He is, and the life He wants all believers to live. Grounded in teachings of Biblical truth and explanation on why it is still relevant and needed today. We believe that who you are as a teen impacts who you will be as an adult. So we want to equip kids for their life now, their future, and most importantly their eternity.
