Children’s Ministry
We desire to come alongside children and their families to teach, support, and provide fellowship opportunities as they form a relationship with Jesus Christ.  We strive to create an environment where children can learn about God and be mentored by leaders who are vested into the ministry. All children’s Sunday school teachers and nursery volunteers have completed background checks in compliance with state law.
Nursery – 9:15 & 10:30
Ages: Newborn – 4 years
Nursery is available during Sunday school and Worship Service.
Preschool Sunday School Class – 9:15
Ages: 4 years – Kindergarten
Using Answers in Genesis, the children work through the Bible with lessons, stories, crafts, and games about God’s truth and learn how to apply His word in their everyday lives.
Children’s Sunday School Class – 9:15
Ages: 1st – 6th grade
The Studio 252 class studies character traits (such as perseverance, loyalty, honor, etc.) with lessons solidly based on scripture. The lessons are fortified with hands-on activities that reinforce the concepts and make it personal.  Spring boarding off of Luke 2:52, the kids are encouraged to grow in wisdom (I need to make the wise choice), faith (I can trust God no matter what), and friendship (I should treat others the way I want to be treated).
Junior Church – 10:30
Ages: Pre-K – 2nd grade
While children are welcome in worship service, we recognize the great benefit of giving children the opportunity to learn alongside their peers while getting a lesson geared towards them.  Children will be dismissed to join their teacher following the worship songs and will return at the end of service.
