Children’s Ministry

Children and youth are important to us at Grace Community Church. We provide a fun and interactive classes for children of all ages. From nursery through high school we strive to create an environment where children and youth can learn about God and be mentored by leaders who are vested into the ministry. All children’s Sunday school teachers and nursery volunteers have completed background checks in compliance with state law.

Children’s Sunday School Class – 9:15
Preschool Sunday School Class – 9:15
Nursery – 9:15 & 10:30
Jr. Church (PreK to 2nd Grade) – 10:30

Our primary school-aged children are encouraged to trust God and live out their faith in practical ways at home, in school and with their friends. Our Sunday school curriculum is a wondrously creative and fun program written by Rethink group.

The Studio 252 class studies character traits (such as perseverance, loyalty, honor, etc.) with lessons solidly based on scripture. The lessons are fortified with hands-on activities that reinforce the concepts and make it personal.

Spring boarding off of Luke 2:52, the kids are encouraged to grow in wisdom (I need to make the wise choice), faith (I can trust God no matter what) and friendship (I should treat others the way I want to be treated).
